Woo, more bugfixes today!

Patch notes:

-Eating Esthel no longer breaks your stomach and lifeforce
-Rare candies can no longer be infinitely eaten
-The Tuft of Fur can no longer infinitely respawn from the pile of pillows
-Moran's Key can no longer infinitely repawn from the gaming table
-The compound mixer in the laboratory works now
-Strength / fat levels are correctly set to a floor instead of a ceiling when looping the game
-Fixed a few instances of the game locking up during visits. Boreal will no longer keep you on his belly indefinitely!
-Fixed a few logical errors when encountering Thomas / Melli in a stomach
